1. What is QRFleet

QRFleet is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to help fleet managers and businesses track mileage, engine hours, and maintenance tasks using QR codes. We provide the digital tools for logging and monitoring, but the actual physical maintenance and safety of the vehicles remains entirely your responsibility.

2. Accounts, Subscription Plans, and Limits

• Subscription Plans: We offer two main plans, Starter and Growth. The specific features, pricing, and limits for each plan are detailed on our Pricing page and in your Account Settings.
• Asset Limits: The Starter plan is limited to a maximum of 7 active assets. The Growth plan is limited to a maximum of 30 active assets.
• Exceeding Limits: If you reach your plan limit, the system will prevent you from adding or duplicating new assets until you either upgrade your subscription or delete existing assets.
• Downgrading: You can downgrade your plan at any time, but only if your current number of active assets is equal to or less than the limit of the lower plan (for example, you cannot downgrade to Starter if you have 10 active assets).

3. 14-Day Free Trial and Billing

• The Trial Period: New users get a 14-day free trial, usually starting on our Growth plan so you can experience all advanced features.
• Renewal and Cancellation: At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe to a paid plan. Paid subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings.
• Refunds: Because we offer a fully functional 14-day free trial to test the system before paying, we generally do not offer refunds for active subscription periods after the trial ends.

4. Crucial Disclaimer: No Maintenance Guarantees

• Not a Guarantee of Vehicle Health: QRFleet is a tool for logging data and setting up reminders. Using our service does not guarantee that your vehicles, machines, or equipment will never break down.
• Mechanical Wear and Tear: Physical components wear out, parts fail, and unexpected mechanical issues happen regardless of how well you keep your digital logs. QRFleet is not responsible for any mechanical failures, wear and tear, or sudden breakdowns.
• Client Responsibility: You (the Client) are solely responsible for verifying the physical condition of your fleet, performing actual maintenance work, and responding to service alerts. If a dashboard warning or maintenance reminder is missed, ignored, or delayed by you or your team, the responsibility for any resulting damage lies entirely with you.
• Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall QRFleet be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to vehicle repair costs, towing fees, business downtime, lost profits, or accidents resulting from equipment failure.

5. Account Termination (The Danger Zone)

You have complete control over your data. You can delete your account at any time via the Danger Zone in your Account Settings. Please note that this action is permanent and irreversible. Once clicked, all your account details, fleet data, and maintenance logs will be permanently deleted from our servers.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our software or legal requirements. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a notification in your dashboard.
